Our collections draw inspiration from the most iconic video game universes, including League of Legends, Valorant, World of Warcraft, Fortnite, Tomb Raider, Assassin’s Creed and Rainbow Six Siege.
As official kit supplier to some of Europe’s leading esports teams, including Karmine Corp, Vitality and Team Heretics, we create apparel designed for performance and excellence.
Alongside our community, we are committed to protecting the real world as much as virtual worlds. Fulllife champions equal opportunity and celebrates diversity. We value individual differences, which are essential to the strength and balance of our teams.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Apparel Product Developer is responsible for the technical development and industrialisation of Fulllife apparel products. Working from approved designs, they produce flawless tech packs, develop products with factories, negotiate production terms and approve samples. They then manage production schedules and track shipments to our warehouse, ensuring that cost, quality and deadlines are met. Exceptional rigour, fully reliable information and a strong ability to anticipate issues are essential. Part of the Product team, the Apparel Product Developer works closely with designers and Brand teams and can contribute to the design or technical adaptation of selected products.
THE PRIMARY FUNCTIONS ARE TO:
Create complete, flawless tech packs for every product, including measurement charts and tolerances, fabrics, trims, construction details, colourways, embellishments, labelling, packaging and technical specifications.
Evaluate and approve prototypes and samples throughout the development process, covering fit, measurements, colours, fabrics, trims, embellishments, accessories and finishes.
Own each project from approved design through to shipment tracking to our warehouse, creating and maintaining a reliable development and production schedule.
Review and approve every sampling stage, including prototypes, SMS, PPS and TOP samples, then provide factories with precise, comprehensive and actionable comments.
Create purchase orders, manage product coding and ensure the accuracy of all data shared with internal and external partners.
Manage day-to-day operational relationships with factories, covering feasibility, adjustment requests, technical issue resolution and ongoing development follow-up.
Negotiate production costs, MOQs, lead times and terms directly with factories under the responsibility of the Head of Product, and identify relevant optimisation opportunities.
Manage production schedules, ex-factory dates and shipment tracking, anticipating risks and escalating immediately if timelines deviate.
Keep internal tools and Notion meticulously updated to provide a single, reliable and current source of truth for every project.
Work closely with the Head of Product, the designers, the other Apparel Product Developer and the Brand team to ensure product consistency and compliance with our Quality Standards at every stage.
Carry out these responsibilities while supporting Fulllife’s sustainability mission by minimising our impact on the real world through reduced waste, energy use, resource consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while protecting virtual worlds through fair play, tolerance, inclusivity and efforts to bridge the digital divide.
